   @AJK Glad to hear that she is thriving at 85. I take Synthroid for my thyroid. It's a delicate balance to stay on top of bloodwork so that it doesn't get out of whack (which it will do if you leave it unchecked!). Is there a particular nutrition change you've made just for this? I'd be interested to hear about it . . .
