Need some honest opinions!

    Ok, so my FIL is turning 60 this weekend and I want to give him a letter from my son (like I did for my MIL birthday). It's just that it's completely different scrapping for a MAN and I'm feeling kinda overwhelmed. But, I've made a page.. I've been thinking simple and clean lines all the way, since he is a pretty "simple" person and does not like layers and cluttery stuff in general. It's also going to hang up on the wall so I had to consider the style I used on the layout for my MIL. Well yeah... This is what I ended up with:

    Do you guys got any other ideas? I really want to use my son's handprint and not a picture.

    I think this looks amazing, Christine! i love it. such a great idea too, I may have to do that as well for my in laws.
