Thank you to all who come to the 3:00 PM EDT Slow Scrap chat and to everyone who participates in the Nicole's Slow Scrap!! You will have until 4:00 PM EDT Saturday 7/10 to complete your page. Everyone who completes their page according to the instructions will receive a coupon to Nicole's store. I will try to get them out to you as soon as possible after 4:00 PM EDT Saturday.

Please post your completed layout in The Lilypad gallery under Speed Scraps and link here in this thread so I make sure to give you credit.

GALLERY RULES: Layouts must contain at least 50% NBK products. (Templates count as 15%.) Uploads must be less than 250k. List all credits; no off-site linking allowed.

In the meantime lets get started with the instructions for the fun Slow Scrap!

Instructions:

1) up to 3 photos
2) your choice of papers (no minimum or max)
3) paint / gesso / paper tears for texture
4) word art (at least 1)
5) artsy bits and elements (as much or as little as you like)
6) date / minimal journaling
7) anything else to make the page your own

Here is the page I created:

Instructions:
1) up to 3 photos (used 2 .. 1 framed, 1 blended)
2) your choice of papers (no minimum or max) (3 papers PP-solid 10, artsy 3, solid 9)
3) paint / gesso / paper tears for texture (watercolor#1 & #3 from Artsy template 23, Artsy Bit gesso 1, 3 &14, ripped & tears 9 & 8, splatters from alll 4 templates)
4) word art (at least 1) (Used 2 Salty Vibes for title & "Saturday")
5) artsy bits and elements (as much or as little as you like) (staples from all 24 & 25 templates, inks 2 & 15, lady bug, inked butterfly, scatters, camera charm is mine)
6) date / minimal journaling (date & journaling of where photos were taken)
7) anything else to make the page your own (photo overlay from template 26 for photo gradient bend)
