Thanks guys...I think I'm going to have a ton of fun with this. For 2013 if I can get myself organized I want to try to do a family favorite each week and make a cookbook out of that. The family favorites cookbook is one I could see giving as presents because they will all be tried and true recipes. I'm also hoping some of the recipes from this book make it into that one (0 for 2 so far on that front though...at least there is still 50 more weeks to go and tomorrow we're trying a chocolate sherbet recipe!).
Ooh, fantastic idea Sarah! This is a great variation of a standard cookbook, and great idea as well to make notes about any changes you might have made etc.
I LOVE this idea!!! I seriously have no desire to a Project 52, but a recipe one is FAB! thanks for the inspiration! good luck with yours, I think it will turn out to be such a cool keepsake!
