    Hey everyone!

I hope December is treating you well!

Unfortunately December has sapped all of my mojo so I don't actually have a sample layout for you today :( But I do have a prompt! And I will work on my page this week if I can. I just had this idea this morning in bed :giggle I'm posting this a little early to take advantage of this very cool day: 12/12/2012!

    Let's take inspiration from the number 12 . . . .

You could journal a list of 12 things . . . .things you hate, things you love, goals for next year, etc.

Think of phrases and expressions . . . . Cheaper by the Dozen, Dirty Dozen, A Baker's Dozen, When the Clock Strikes '12 . . .

Think of the holidays and the 12 Days of Christmas

12 is a magical number that often pops up in mythology or religion . . .

    12 apostles of Jesus
    12 Greek Olympian Gods
    12 signs in the zodiac

    Other random 12 factoids . . .

12 knights of the round table
12 face cards in a deck
12 step programs (think AA, etc.)
    12 months in a year

I'm sure I'm missing a lot of obvious ones. The number 12 is everywhere! Just take that as a general theme and run with it :)

OR, if you're like me and suffering from End-Of-Year-Mojo-Loss you could skip this prompt all together and just post a note here to let me know I'm not the only one :giggle

    Happy holidays! :tree

Christmas is not a big traditional festivity in Singapore. So I am clueless in doing an art journal about it.

But I had come up with this instead. :giggle

    12 days of Christmas
    Doesn’t mean it is
    Cheaper by the Dozen.
But it is superb to have
    The Baker’s Dozen
    For breakfast everyday.

    When the
    Clock Strikes 12,
You’ll witness the gathering of the
    12 Apostles of Jesus,
12 Greek Olympian Gods & the
12 Knights of the Round Table
    Trying to memorize the
12 face cards in the deck in the
    12-step Program within
    12 months in a year
    With the help of the
    12 Signs in the Zodiac.

^^^ That, right there, is FUNNY!!! ^^^

My mojo is gone. December Daily/Document December etc. is dead. My seasonal depression killed it. I just don't feel like it. My tree isn't even fully decorated yet. Ugh!

I'm trying to suck-it-up and be a good sport (for the children)... but I don't wanna!!

Initially, I had no idea on doing this mussing. But after coming with that "'verse", a bulb just lit up. And this is what I came up with.

I am so loving the pockets !!!!

what a creative approach! Mine is more mundane, and I haven't scrapped it yet, but we did bake Christmas cookies on the 12th and I even managed to take some photos lol--usually I forget until it is too late. So here is mine:

    12 favorite homemade Christmas treats

    cinnamon popcorn
    white chocolate peppermint bark
    Uncle Bob's secret chocolate fudge
    giant sugar cookies
coconut macaroons with maraschino cherry on top
    kugel
    New York style cheesecake
    chocolate krinkles
    gingersnaps
    spritz (cookie press) cookies
    m & m cookies
    eggnog pie
