I have spent all day having our furniture and boxes delivered plus a bit of unpacking and I forgot how draining it was. I do not like this part. I am beat, I don't think there is a bone in my body that doesn't hurt! :groan And I still have so much to do...anyone want to come help?? :luvya

so for the rest of the evening I am going to :wine and :compcoffee.
 
Lisa, I feel ya, girl! We moved 2 years ago and I think I am still recovering...that was only a short distance, not across the world! Hang in there...I would totally help you if I was anywhere close to Belgium!
 
Good for you for :wine and :compcoffee - I am so OCD I could not stop until I was completely done!
 
Oh yuck. I don't envy you. I hope it flies by quickly for you and you can get to that happy place of normalcy soon soon!
 
Oh gosh, sorry Lisa! I haven't moved in a while but I do remember how crappy it is to move. Good luck getting it all together and def take a nice break :wine
 
Moving is one of my least favorite things in the world. I hope you got to relax a bit!
 
Lisa, here's hoping the unpacking goes quickly. i'm on the other end just packing up so i do feel your pain.
 
All that hurting means you're getting a wonderful workout! Haha. And while it sucks right now, once it's done it will be bliss :)
 
moving really sucks, i hate it... I wish to be there to help you a bit *hugs* oh and a vacation in belgium would be great too haha
 
Thanks ladies. Today went good and we got a lot accomplished. Unfortunately a very large and heavy plate that I was displaying on top of the cabinets decided it didn't want to be up there and crashed on my head. I ended up at the clinic with 3 or 4 stitches in my head and a tetanus shot. :cry
 
Oh no !! I hope you are OK.

I have moved so many times and want to say it gets easier. but our last move was from a larger house in a small town, to a smaller townhouse in the city and that was the hardest one.

I wish I could come and help you.
