What's the most used phrase in your house?

At my house it's "what's for dinner?" and "love ya" is a close second.

Probably "Men kattjävel!" (But, f***ing cat!) We have 2, and there's always one in front of my feet. Most likely cause of death for me: tripping over a cat, breaking my neck. :rollin

I couldn't think - so I texted my DD and here's what she said: "No news is good news" and "I'd rather beg for forgiveness than ask for permission". :lol:lol:lol

I have no idea! lol! I have funny ones, like "Man Eyes"... then you shake your head... but they aren't the most used... and I have some... like "See Ya Later, love you..." or Be good, be nice and do your best" but those aren't most used either... a lot used, lol!

"How many grams?" That's how the children ask what the carbohydrate content of the food or drink is for their insulin dose calculations.

Told my hubby about this thread and what I had said was the most used phrase in our house, and he said I was wrong. He said it is "Uff!" and he's probably right. It's a "nonsense word" that was "invented" by our son when he was little, and it's a noun, a verb, a greeting, or any kind of word really. We say it whenever we see eachother, when we agree with someone, when we don't know what to say, or whenever we need a word. Basically, we say all the time.

Also, instead of good morning every day, we say "Merry Christmas", and then the other respond with "Happy Easter" (or "Happy New Year", "Happy Birthday" ... or any other holiday greeting) ... all year, no matter what time of year.

At our house it's "What's for dinner" or "Is there anymore food?" :giggle

At the moment, it's tied between "Sit down" (my son will always choose to stand up to eat as if he's a horse) and "I love you" (which I tell both kids whenever they leave the house).
