Week Three! We have stretched and warmed up and now it is time to do some exercise. High Reps, low weights is my favorite way to pump you up! One of the parts of Art Journaling is to use other things for our words, or emotions. This skinny is going to help you explore this facet of art journaling.
So for this weeks skinny, we are gonna pump up with repeating our elements.

This is indeed the challenging part of the skinny. It is intended to be fun, but to build up your AJing muscles too!
REmember, take your time, I will post the last skinny on 22 Feb, and you have until 1 March (after my morning coffee) to complete.
There will be a random winner for ONE lucky scrapper who completes all 4 skinnys.

- REQUIRED: At least 3 things repeated 3 different ways. (total of 9 different things) You can do more of these if you dare.
- Any elements you use (after required 9), must be used 3 times. (you can pass completely on this part, but if you use an element once, you must use it 3 times.)
For example:
REQUIRED:
- I have 3 words: HEALTHY (a heart, a word art on tab, and capital letter HEALTHY)
- also 3 words: NOW (black Now!!, now on tab, and now flair on the weights)
- three brains, green in background, one in jar and word brain
- water in jug, and water drops and water glass
- time word, and two different clocks representing time
- also 3 weights, but same ones
