We are chatting in the Chat Room - but I will also post the instructions here. :)

    Instructions:

    1. Start with a clean white background. There can be some texture to it, just make sure that it is mostly white (or slightly off white).

    2. Include one (1) altered photo. You can make it black & white, or convert it to a sketch, or apply some other photo treatment – just alter its appearance in some way.

    3. Pick a color in the color palette in the bottom right corner of the Inspiration Board and use it noticeably on your page.

    4. Include either a flying element or a camera on your page (or both). Some examples of flying objects are birds, butterflies or airplanes (or a photo of something flying).

    5. Use one of the quotes, or words, on the Inspiration Board. The word(s) you choose can be your title, or you can use a quote as journaling.

    6. Add anything else you want to complete your page.

Post your page here by 11:00 p.m. EST to qualify for the Speed Scrap prize (I will send it via PM once all the pages are posted).

If you want to use it for a MOC Challenge, be sure to post it in that thread too. :)

Here is the page I made:

Thanks so much! This challenge was a toughie! In addition to your instructions, I was inspired by the magazine-like photos and decided to incorporate a magazine layout of sorts in my page.

question about 5. Use one of the quotes, or words, on the Inspiration Board. The word(s) you choose can be your title, or you can use a quote as journaling. - can I use a different quote by Oscar Wilde? I'd still use the words "Oscar Wilde"... :)

Thank you so much! I'm not sure I would have finished this tonight except for this speed scrap!

I used a couple of photo rad lab filters on my photo, the color navy, a bird, and the quote "celebrate it for all it is" from the inspiration board.

Thank you! I'd barely begun coming up with a few ideas and it was late in the day for me. I think I like this page better than what I was heading for before the speed scrap. :)
