I'm hoping I can make it! I love that it coordinates with the challenge of the day. So fun!

You can still do the MOC challenge. The speed scrap just will work with the challenge so you don't have to do two that day. It's up to you. They tried to have different times throughout the month so you can participate if you want.
Slow scraps don't have to be done until 24 hours later so you can do those instructions or just meet the challenge requirements. Hope that makes sense.

There are people all over the world so they do their best to not leave anyone out. I kind of enjoy making the challenge and then doing the speed scrap and seeing which I like better. But other times, it's nice for someone else to give you the idea.
Oh you could use the speed scrap instructions for the challenge, (if you don't do it within the required time you just don't get the prize usually a $2 coupons). So you can still play with the ideas

I want to do this but it's my birthday Saturday so there's fat chance I'll have any time to myself at 1pm Sydney time. The family keep asking what I want for my birthday but I don't think I can ask to be left alone for an hour or two :P

When I first read about this I thought I wouldn't be using the time to to work on my MOC layout because I usually do them earlier in the day, but I have been busy with other things and have only begun brainstorming some inspirational ideas for today's challenge so maybe I will still be working on it by the time of the speed scrap! :D

You don't have to work on a MOC layout - please feel free to join us even if you are finished with today's challenge. :)
