Our random draw winner is: @spcoggs ! Congratulations, and thanks everyone for playing in my challenge!

One of my favorite things about the December collections is how well they all go together! All the different years are beautiful! The colors, the elements, the templates, the word art, the papers! Combine them together for endless possibilities! The theme is the same, and that helps combine pieces together.

Here's your challenge:
Create a page mixing and matching pieces from at least three different year collections. The collections are beautiful together, so it should be an easy challenge!
Here's the list and a link, your page should have pieces from at least three different years:
Yuletide '11 + '12
Jingle Bells - '13
Happy Holidays - '14
Christmas Cheer - '15
Merry + Bright - '16
FaLaLa - '17
Tis the Season - '18
Holly Jolly - '19

Here's my page as an example. I went a little overboard, and used pieces from every collection! You do not have to use that many. I wanted to show you how well they all work together.

Make sure to post your page in the gallery with your credits so I can see the three collections. Post it in this thread so I can leave love, and you can be entered into the random drawing for a $3 gift certificate.
**Challenge closes on Monday, November 18th at midnight EST. **

Go forth and create beautiful things!!

SO adorable, Courtney! I've been going through the gallery and refreshing myself with what I already have and of course, adding to. I agree with you, the collections are all so easy to mix and match. I'll be creating a page for sure.

So many choices decided to do a collage using 2016 Rebecca Holly Jolly Christmas Trees, 2017 Rebecca Joys Winter Wonderland and 2018 PRD Down the Chimney

I used items from Holly Jolly '19, Tis the Season '18 and FaLaLa '17 (see full credits in the gallery.

Merry + Bright '16 The Sparkly Season Elements by Pink Reptile Designs
Tis the Season '18 Delights of December by NBK Design
Holly Jolly '19 You Wanna Build A Snowman? by Rebecca McMeen

Decided to create a back page for my 2019 DYD album, TN format. That is if I decide to actually do one. Used items from 2016, 2017, 2019. Complete credits are in the gallery.

I have items from Merry + Bright '16, FaLaLa '17, Tis the Season '18, and Holly Jolly '19 all noted in the description.

finally got a DYD page done - easy to mix and match this stuff - it's like a massive collab kit - i used a few things by Kim J and PRD from this years 2019 Holly Jolly; Sahlins cards from 2018 Tis the Season; OLB card from Merry & Bright 2016; LBW card from Happy Holidays DYD 2014; PRD's Brads pack from Jingle Bells 2013 and some extras

So many possibilities it was difficult to choose!

2016 - Merry + Bright, 2018 - Tis the Season, 2019 - Holly Jolly

Well this was way more serious than I expected.

On the surface it's just a mood board, cribbed from a quick and dirty run through Pinterest for ideas on Yule decorations - but as I added stuff it somehow became something more. A hope, or an idea ... or maybe just a bit of strong-willed determination that no matter how damn hard December will be, it will also be a month of beauty and warmth and all the little things that make me glow.

There are some traditions and paths that count Yule as the start of the new year, and while I don't agree with that (spring makes far more sense), I am finding myself looking forward to the month and to Yule as a period of New. Not my new year, but my new moment in time, when the sunlight will once more start shining for longer, and the lengthening darkness of the last six months will slowly be replaced.

Oy, how I run on sometimes. I should probably start a new blog so y'all don't have to scroll past my ramblings :-D
