Mid Month Playdate - July 2019

OMG - you guys!! THESE Are AMAZING!

I love it - and even more so seeing all of you use these photos in so many ways.

So as I am about to go leave love on these pages, I wanted to go ahead and tell you a bit about the photos.

They were all taken by my grandfather in the 50s and 60s.

The lady by the car is my grandmother, and the two kids are my auntie and uncle. My grandmother was pregnant with my mom in this photo. That one was taken on Easter Sunday - they were all dressed up and heading to church.

The other 2 were taken on Padre Island in Texas.

My mother's family went to the beach for 2 weeks every summer and all their cousins joined them. The photo with all the kids has (from left to right) my uncle, 2 of their cousins, my auntie, my grandmothers youngest brother, my mom, my grandmother and my auntie. They are parked under a pier and they have tents set up nearby.
