May Random Challenge

I liked the concept of my 'before' section having the caterpillar and the 'after' section having the butterflies! The mess in this room drove me crazy! It's a shared room with many people and had once been organised, but why no one had ever thought of getting shelving or a cupboard is beyond me! It was so easy and these already made shelves fit all those crates SO easily! Not to mention putting all that 'stuff' off the desk and floor and into a cupboard! Anyway, Thanks for the inspiration! I love doing before and after pages and the 'beautiful butterflies' fit this so well!

 

i got out my pretend embossing machine out for this so if you can't see all 3 butterflies at first glance, there's a large subtle one in the bottom left corner - i wasn't sure if i could count my DD as a butterfly lol- and there's a mixed media beginners blog post on how to fake embossing on the blog today too - link in my gallery description - thanks for the inspo Kayla!
