Hello everyone, and welcome to the May challenges! I have the privilege of bringing you the Random challenge. This month we are going to scrap papers layered one on top of another. Your paper layer needs to be at least 3 papers deep. Here I used several papers to create my background: to add interest and to create a fun border for my page. But you don't need to layer your background papers, you could layer some smaller papers underneath a photo, for example. It's a fun way to get to use more of the wonderful papers that are included in a kit. Here's my page for a little inspiration: As always, please remember the monthly challenge rules: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the May Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread. The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month: 2 challenges = 10% off 4 challenges = 20% off 6 challenges = 30% off If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges). I look forward to seeing what you create!
oooh I do be loving this challenge, nothing like some stacking and layering Thank you for such a fun challenge I went a bit nutso with the stacking , I could’nt help myself hehe
Ohhhh, this is a new one for me! I do borders but don't stack layers in the layout, yet I LOVE the look!!! Time to get out of my box!!!
I Have A Quick Question?...Are We Allowed To Blend The 3 Or More Papers Together?...Or Does It Have To Be Visibly Stacked To Look Separate?...I Usually Blend 3 Or More Papers Together For Pretty Much All Of My Layouts...
Ohh, fun fun playing with papers. Wanted to keep stacking but ran out of ideas about coordinating things. Thank you!!
