May Inspiration Challenge

hi, Thanks for this fun challenge. Below is my page for the challenge, but I also did a very short " how to " page for people using Craft Artist, in case they are stuck..

So excited for this challenge as it was the push to actually do it. I've been watching Halt and Catch Fire (yes, I wait until a show is off the air before bingeing it lol) and the opening credit sequence has a "glitchy" effect, which looked so cool and I thought would be fun on a page. Then I opened this thread and it feels serendipitous!

It's always so fun to try new techniques. Thanks @ashleywb for all your info and the inspiration!

I don't know if I have "glitched" this or not, I used Photomosh and had a lot of fun with it. Thanks for the link and terrific instructions!

 

What a fun technique! I use PSE so couldn't find a way to change color channels, but I like what I came up with. Then, hours later I find color channels! I may have to do another one!

 

Here's mine, that was a fun one to try - Thank you! I thought the glitchy look would go quite well with the 80's theme of Guardians of the Galaxy:

 

Not sure this is my style, in fact everything about it is WAY outside of my comfortable scrapping box. Thanks for the challenge, something I never would have tried on my own.

I tried to make an animated version, but I'm not totally satisfied with it. I'll be back with another page.
