I made it through about 300 pages before the library decided it wanted it back.. I've put in a request for another copy.. hopefully it will show up soon. .
I love Kate Morten books, finished this one last month , on audio. It was a bit of a marathon but beautifully read. I will be interested to see what everyone makes of it.
I picked up my copy last night at Half Price Books and the girl working the register kept going on and on about how she loved this author and that the ending of this book is not what you would expect.... can't wait to get started on it!
I just finished this a few days ago. It was hard for me to really get into it in the beginning, but I ended up loving it and couldn't put it down after I really got started! I can't wait to discuss and see what you all thought about it! For those of you that have read other books by this author, what would your recommend to read next of hers? I tend to get hooked on an author and I really enjoyed her writing!
i've read the house at riverton but it was so long ago i've forgotten the details, i think it was good though!
I'm not crazy excited so far. But that may be because I'm still feeling horrible and I can't seem to focus on anything really.
Done. I had two theories half way and settled on the right one at around 70%. Still had one surprise I didn't foresee at the end. Not sure I liked her style, might read one more to see.
I haven't had a chance to start with two bday parties the last two weekends, so I am hoping to read it this week. I am nervous though! I really liked some of her other books but if it takes me forever to get into a book I always give up so afraid I won't make it through this one if it takes that long :/
