@yellowpeep I've been perusing Paula's store and Tropical Paradise M3 elements and Deep Blue Sea elements are not showing the sale discount.
I see it’s $4.55 and noticed the bundle is $5.00. I am not sure if that’s helpful for you. https://the-lilypad.com/store/Beautiful-Tropical-Bundle.html
Thank you so much, but I'm wanting just the elements for these. I'm hoping they are not excluded from the sale!
Paula's kits are always full of fun! I was thrilled to find she is at the Lily Pad when I moved here. Had to have a play with some of the newer stuff. . . and old stuff, too!
Not sure if a mistake or intentional... most of the items on p3 when 30 are selected, are not shown as being on sale.... Just a heads up...Liz
This one took a little twist after the initial "finish". It was a pink and yellow piece and I decided to play around with placing a solid color adjustment layer at the top of the layer stack and changing the blending mode. Both DH and myself liked this "finished" piece best.
OK... if Paula happens to stop past and read this thread, I would dearly know how this item was meant to be used... I have worked with half tone before, so had the concept... I thought I was buying a set of templates,.... they were overlays... OK... I'm a big girl I can figure this out... I extracted each image and put them below the holes, which were solid color while working on them... opacity of course could be reduced.. Then I put the over lay over the photos which was not really an overlay because it was solid, not transparent... then I started trying blending modes, they all looked horrible, turned the pretty colors to bl & W and went from there... ended up with no half tone, because it was terribly distracting.. Then there were some additional pieces which were splotchy halftones, I used the lightest and blended it over the photos until I was happy... I am not unhappy with my results, but certainly not the process I expected, . This item's url is linked in gallery, it had no previews, and no instructions were included as to who it should be used... without further ado, my page!
I have been patiently waiting for Paula's turn so I could create this page about my Cruise Album as I worked on the pages during MOC and the photo I took of one of the open pages I used Paula's Tropicana for both pages ( middle photo).
