    I am not in any rush but just wanted to let you know Laura that I haven't gotten the 10 coupon yet re the email I have on fe with paypal which is the same email as on file with TLP.

    There are a few girls using Craft Artist Pro (like Jo has) I use that one, so if you ever need help Jo, you know where to find me...

    You can use templates in Craft Artist, just have to get the PNGS as Craft Artist flattens PDSs & tiffs....

    If ever need a tutorial for that program Laura, I would be more than willing to help :)

    Ok, well I'm confused then b/c I just signed up and assuming I was just going to be billed one time... it says I have just set up an automatic payment of billing every 4 months...
    I chose this option thinking I could come back and pay for it again in 4 months, not b/c I want to be automatically billed again.

    I have a question about the $5 or $10 coupon - does it work like a regular coupon, one-time-use? Or like a gift certificate that we can spread over multiple separate purchases?

    Brandi, I will check on this with PayPal when their business services department opens on Monday and let you know. For the lump sum, you should have gotten an immediate cancellation notice from PayPal, but I can see that you didn't. I will get you sorted out as as soon as possible.

    Thank you, Laura. I think I've got the same issue as Brandi - recurring payments with no cancellation type thing. I'll check back to see what the fix is. :)

    Thanks for letting me know, Jenn. PayPal is working on this and it likely won't require any action on your part. They will simply adjust it to non-renewal. I will let you know when it's complete.

    so, I received a cancellation notice from paypal at the same time I received my payment notice...this means I will have to manually renew in 6 mos? Do I have that right?

    Yes, any lump sum payments are not set up to auto-renew. You will get a reminder before your subscription expires though. :)
