The description of the M3 subscription says that M3 add-ons (past and present) are discounted at 35%. When I add an M3 add-on kit priced at 7.99 to my cart, a 35% discount would be 2.79 (or 2.80 depending on rounding or truncating). However, the calculated discount is 1.52 I don't recall seeing that we should be using a coupon code or something in order to get the proper discount. Please advise if there is something else I should be doing.

Is there a particular product you are looking at? Just so Customer Service can make sure that everything is coded right if that's the problem.
