November is here -- a month in which to be thankful. Being a template junkie myself, I like to get as much out of one as possible. So in the second of our “Stretch Your Stash” challenges, you will make a template your own. Use one template from Lynn Grieveson Designs and make it your own. You can rotate, flip, add, delete, rearrange -- the aim is for us to be able to recognize some of the original template, while also seeing that you have altered it.

I find myself doing this often as I want to change the orientation to fit my photos, or I have more photos than the template does, less photos that the template shows, or I want my photos to be much larger. Then I am a journaling gal. I want to tell a story and there’s no room so something has to change. And on and on ....

So here are the guidelines for this challenge:
    1. Post in this challenge thread a preview of the template you choose. It should be one of Lynn's that is currently available in the store.
    2. Make the template your own with some changes (see possibilities above).
    3. Scrap a layout with the new personalized template and post in Lynn’s gallery and in this challenge thread in the same thread you used for the preview (so we can see them together).

    Here’s what I did:

I chose variation 2 for my layout:

Enjoy! I'm looking forward to seeing your variations. Remember that EVERY participant will get a discount coupon for 25% off one order of products from Lynn Grieveson Designs. Yeah!!! The deadline for posting is midnight EST November 30, 2020.

I've used Lynn's new Honeycomb templates. I put 2 together and added some of Lynn's masks.

I used template on the left
I removed the stitched lines and the heart
I moved the top photo spot next to the bottom photo spot making them horizontal instead of vertical

Here's my page. I used template 2, rotated it then split the large photo into two, deleted one photo spot and resized the remaining two. I love changing up templates!

I chose to use Diamond Days Template #3, deleted all but the three diamonds across the page and then elongated the diamonds.

    Interesting challenge. :-)

    Here is the original template:

I rotated it counter clockwise & trimmed off the edges.

Such a fun challenge @flowersgal I'll be back with one!

This all started with this template. I flipped it but kept many of the main elements as I picked a template that would stay simple. I wanted a moody look so the blending of several papers gave me that. I found that the template with just the flip worked for me.

Thanks for the fun challenge, Patsy. Here's the template I used - I only needed 3 "honeycombs" so I altered Template #4.

I modified Lynn's rip it up templates by combining it with scrappable stackables no6 for my photo.

Fun challenge - I'm not sure I made it my own or if the page made it it's own.
I used the three frames in both these templates to make one large frame:
    lgrieveson_finnfara_tp_preview.jpg
And the round frame from these templates:
    lgrieveson_lots-of-shots3_preview.jpg
And I came up with this:

I took this template and rotated it. Then I also rotated the top photo spot to match the orientation of my photo I was using.
