I downloaded both of these fonts but both have serious errors (according to my Mac OS) and I don't want to take that risk even if they would instill. They are Caitlyn/Caitlin which has one name on the zip and another for the .ttf file. The other is Liberty aka Liber_Ho2.ttf It's the Caitlyn-like one I'd really prefer.

I see fonts like these being used but can't find one I like and that will install. TIA!

When I did a Google search for Caitlyn, it showed it available at multiple sites. Have you tried downloading it from another site?

I downloaded the liberty hollow from HERE and it appears to have no errors. And the same with the Caitlyn font... I downloaded that from Dafont and it seems to have no errors either. Maybe trying a new download location? They are both super cool fonts too! :agree

Thanks everyone!@Karen @BevG I'd tried multiple sites and they all seemed to link back to ones that had the corrupted version and somehow I got a different 'dafont' site also and thought they may have updated their site. Wrong!

Now, ladies, I have two new choices ...lol as if I really needed new fonts! but who's counting? so I downloaded Fenwick also, just cause! @Tree City

Well, we're in the same boat. :) I like Fenwick too (as if I need another font!) Hopefully you find one that is exactly what you want that doesn't have any corruptions.

And I'm wondering if you need to clear your cache? Maybe that's part of the issue when downloading from the other sites?

Ladies, can you help me remember the website where you can type in your title and it will show it in all the fonts loaded on your computer? Thanks a bunch!

I don't recall what that website might have been but I have 500+ fonts ( seems like I used to have 1k+ so who knows where they went ) and seeing a title/phrase with all fonts might take some time.

I use the NexuFont application (download and install on your computer). It lets you categorize fonts as well as have them in different places. I only have about 500 installed but I have another 300 or so sitting in a folders that I might install. It lets you type in a phrase (and font size) and then shows you what it looks like for each font group that you click on (i.e. either a category or a file folder).

There is another app too but I don't remember the name.
