Whew! That was fun! I think. It was a whirlwind of messy dining room tables and children in the background. Hopefully, someone got some inspiration from it! Laura will post the replay when it's ready :). Not sure I wanna watch.

I was there for about 10 minutes, then the phone started ringing (rarely rings but I haven't given up on school). It didn't stop until 10 PST. And I ended up tearing apart the living room trying to find a paper dh "filed". It was quite the busy day I didn't plan that way at all.

Loved the workshop, Jen @jenevang !! I am totally inspired, now if time will just cooperate with me for a little while :)
I was wondering after it was over if you had ever tried printing things like that on sticker paper to put in a book? Or how that would work as opposed to printing on reg. paper or cardstock and gluing? I might have to give it a try later today. Thanks again!!

Oh, I have totally used sticker paper before. I didn't love the color (b/c I was too cheap to buy really good sticker paper) so I would only really use it for my "base" layer, then build on top of it. Make sense? It makes it easy, but can get expensive.

And yes, the biggest issue I have is having time to create!

Just another option, the Xyron. You can use whatever paper that you love and then run it thru the Xyron. They are relatively inexpensive and it works well.

Now off to see the replay. So excited! So bummed I couldn't see it live.

Oh, yes. Great idea. My xyron is little bitty so I use it for elements only (mostly for my planner). Perhaps I need to invest in a big one. Hmmm... LOL.

Mine is itty bitty too, but if you have the items all cut, and your cut-out is a bit fragile, the Xyron really works well.

Thanks for the great workshop. You did a wonderful job. I did go out and buy 97 brightness paper that afternoon. I used your ideas for fold out tip ins, washi tape as a border, layering ephemera for dimension. So many good ideas. Here's my hybrid project:

I'm not sure where you get your sticker paper Jen ... but I priced out the Staples brand per sheet (which is not that great - colors for me are not vibrant at all) and the Silhouette brand sticker sheets (which I love and print really vivid on my Epson) ... and if I buy my Silhouette stickers sheets from Amazon with prime ( I usually add them in with other stuff) it is the same for me per sheet. Just fyi. Buying the Silhouette sticker sheets at craft stores they are much more expensive.
