    Just passed in front of my daughter's room and listen to classical music so I asked:
    "Are you listening to classical music or is it from a movie?"
    I thought it would be impossible to hear it but be the soundtrack for a show
    and she answered:
    "Of course! It's great to study with!"
    I never thought I'd see the day when she decided to listen to some Classical Music!!!!

    I am the same! I still listen to nature sounds when I need to relax, and in high school and college, I had records that I played repeatedly with a rain forest, city streets, spring meadow, etc. Yes, I know I just dated myself. Ha!

    ohh LOVE classical music!!!!! I am very traditional, love Bach & Mozart and Vivaldi & Beethoven, Brahms... but sonmetimes go into some more modern stuff, ended up going back to the great...

    Thanks!! Have you heard of the piano guys? My grand kids love them and it is a good way to blend modern and classical. They mash things together.

    Awesome! I am so lucky that my Mom and Dad, but especially my Dad listened to TONS of classical music (and loud) while I was growing up. We all had lots of our own music and we each had a stereo in our bedrooms practically from birth. Good music like that soothes the soul. :)

    My kids also grew up listening to all kinds of music. Their dad didn't want a "tinny" sounding boom box, so they got good ones! My daughter still used hers until last year when it broke!

    We've always listened to classical music and our favorite is a piece by Grieg. I listened to lots of Beethowen as a child.
