I can't believe I'm posting this ... but I've been in creative slump lately. I haven't touched anything hybrid or planner related in a long, long time. Probably since the last Lilypad Letter Swap!!! It looks like that was back in Sept of 2019?!?

Anyway ... I was thinking doing a swap of some sort would get me going to create again since there would be a deadline. I know COVID is still a thing and the mail is a bit crazy (maybe we try to pair people local to each other - same country/area?) ... but calling all you hybrid peeps .... are you interested in doing something? Maybe every 2 or 3 months, so we have a bit more time for each swap?

We could do the pocket letters again ... or we could try something different. Other snail mail/happy mail ideas that have been done are:

    loaded envelopes

    or flip books

    or mini books

There are so many ideas and tutorials on Pinterest and Youtube about these.

    Anyone interested at all?

I have been doing much more hybrid since last summer. However, I have been doing more AJ type stuff with personal thoughts on it. Even now own some stamps and ink. Gasp. And my washi stash is growing.

So put me down as interested, although I would prefer it not be monthly.

I think monthly is too much for me too.

I loved doing the letter swap. My issue right now is I'm still in a bit of a transient state and I don't have an end date in sight. I don't have access to my printer, sewing machine and craft supplies. They are all boxed up. This is incredibly frustrating as I love mixed media and want to explore hybrid. I'm just not in a position to do hybrid at the moment.

If anyone wants to mail me some hybrid items, though, I'd be happy to cut them out and use them lol!!!! :giggle Could even be an exchange...send me hybrid I send craft items likes stickers and papers and ribbons and mixed media items etc. Things that are non-Lily Pad.

Oooh! I love those samples you posted! I'd love to do a swap again of some kind, but definitely think increasing the time in between would be great!

Add me to the creative slump, and I can't believe I am typing this but...I'd really love to so something like this! I made lots of little "happy" cards for our local meals-on-wheels families during covid and I've been contemplating doing something more creative and this could fit the bill!

I have no printer (long story short, almost burn the house down w/ the printer) but I have a full room of scrapbooking supplies. If that is possible, but not pocket page because I wouldn't know what the heck to do. I love the idea of a tiny flip book or card or anything simple LOL!!!

I'm in the club of those ones without a printer, hello @Dalis :bwave, even if it's not because I almost burnt the house down (what??), I don't even print my own digital pages, but I miss my school days, when I played with my school diaries! Such memories!! Hope you find a way to sparkle your creativity girls, even if you should be just a few, do this anyway!!

I'm glad everything went fine! Well, you have something to tell, you know:"Oh, there's that time the printer tried to burn the house down..." :giggle

I would love to, if someone would be patient regarding the time it takes to receive post from Malta. Last time I sent a card to Denmark it took 6 weeks to get there. But to the UK about 1week, so if I could get a British swap pal then yes please...

I will participate. No matter the time or distance. Whatever you decide. I'm happy to be paired with some who lives far away from me also.
