Let's Speed Scrap! 11/14 (1 PM EST!) hey everyone! it's time to speed scrap!! come join me in the chat room! i'll post instructions here too as we go 1) select one picture to use and crop it in a circular shape. place it in the middle of the page (vertically) and towards the right or left edge. 2) select two papers for the background - a solid paper layered on top of a patterned paper. 3) using patterned and/or solid papers, create 2 sets of at least 2 concentric circles with the bottom layer being the size size as your original photo. place these circles anywhere you want on the page - they will be your base for journaling and element clusters. 4) using ribbons, strings, strips of paper, etc. - add some horizontal strips somewhere to the page. 5) EMBELLISH add embellishments to your page, primarily around the three circles. 6) add a title and journaling and use any remaining time to tweak your page and make it your own post your page below and in the galleries before 3 PM EST to win an awesome participation prize

I couldn't get into the chat. Thank you for posting the instructions... I ran virus scan, disk clean-up, and defrag - that's why I'm just now saying something. Will be posting my layout soon!
I think it was good that I couldn't get into the chat room. While I would've loved to scrap with everyone, I got a lot of other things done. But, all your pages are gorgeous! I love the circles. I need to use more circles on my layouts.
Wish I could have made it to the chat! I had so much fun last time! I decided to participate & follow the instructions. Here's my layout... Now, if Photoshop would stop giving me fits!! I might be a happier camper.
