Not sure if this is the right place for this post, but I'll start here. I'm pretty much exclusively using The Lily Pad for my scrapping at this point but it appears my kids do some odd activities and own unusual pets as I can't seem to find a good selection of kits for the pages I want to do. If any designers out there are looking for some inspiration (or if anyone can point me towards some good kits for the following) I would be SO happy!!!! Specifically, I am looking for: Lacrosse Band (Pep and Concert) Gymnastics Dance Swimming - I should say SWIM TEAM (not just general swimming) African Grey Parrots Chinchillas
Check out Kristin Aagard's kits. She often has cute ones for things like that. I know she has a lot of kits that would help with your swimming photos. I think she may have some for dance and gymnastics, too. Not real sure...but she may. And she also has zoo and jungle kits. She has a lot of sport kits but I don't know if Lacrosse is one of them. You might find something in them though that would work on your pages. I love her work. Also check out Kate Hadfield. She has a lot of elements for many different subjects and they are all adorable.
"The Happiest Place on Earth" by Dawn Inskip has a great mouse which could be played around with to look like a chinchilla. Make the ears fatter; change the color to gray.
I second the need for band and music kits (like singing in choir)... but here are a couple I've used: And some pages I made for band stuff:

And if you have a male dancer, just recolor items. Another option is to go with the theme of the event. I have done that a lot for the pages of my son acting as there are very few theater related kits. Or go with the colors in the photos. Always a challenge. For ex: he did Les Miserable and they used red/white/blue poppies as their symbol, so I used those colors for my layout. p.s. I once was thrilled to find a dance kit that was green & blue instead of pink. I mentioned to the designer that I had a son that danced and was excited to have found her kit. She then created an add-on with guy dancers and word art with "Real Men Dance", etc., inspired by my comments. I was sooo thrilled. She has since retired or I would recommend it. Anyway, always worth an note to the designer if you have an idea.
I used to post a request to all my favorite designers for a boy dance kit. I finally gave up. I recolor & take the "ss" off princess. Lol.
Same with sports. Always boy oriented, and then one of my favorite designers I use to CT for came out with a pink sports kit with all different sports included-----just for girls!!! It was a hit!!!!
