Very inspirational pages, thank you. I took the cut outs from the first page, the stitching from the second and the inspiring text from the third
Inspiration: Cutout from Janet Scott LO Full Photo Background from Valorie Wibbens LO Paint Slatter from Cristina LO
Here is mine: 1. Punched out elements (my title) 2. Large zoomed in photo 3. Journaling cards with number focused elements.
This was trickier than it looked From Janet's I used the file tab adn the white writing from Valorie's, the smaller photo on top of the larger photo and the ghostly alpha and from Cristina's, the arrows and the yellow washi
1. The hearts from the 1st layout 2. the large photo background from the second layout 3. the line up of journal cards etc from the second layout
I was inspired in the following: 1. The stitching and the white journaling 2. Large photo back ground 3. Typewriter font journaling on a tag and black and white elements mixed with pops of colour.
This was fun and challenging! I liked the huge photo as the background, the cut out elements and using journaling cards/word art for the journaling. Here's my take....
Here's my layout: My inspiration was: 1. The repeated hearts all over the page. I used repeated pictures. 2. The large main focal picture. 3. Using a typewriter font for the journaling - I usually use a handwriting font.
Thanks for the challenge. inspiration was; 1 cut out hearts and stitching 2 the curved lettering 3 the arrow and using the photo in the middle of "3"
layout 1: the date and the cut-out (I used an arrow) layout 2: acrylic alpha and journal around the photo layout 3: blackboard and washi tape and the result is my page:
btw...just wondering is there a tutorial on how to do the cut outs...i like that look but not sure how to do it..i use cs 6
Ok, let me try this from my phone! Lol!!! 1. Add two papers. 2. Click on the layer of the top paper. 3. Using the round marquee make a few circles ( to keep the circles round. Keep the shift key pressed while you make the circle). NOTE: you might need to pick from the top bar "add new selection" so a new selection doesn't delete the previous. 4. After all the circles are made, then click add layer mask. 5. It should be done.
Here is mine! This was my toughest challenge this month! #1 - I used a flower cluster on the corner of a photo, and a word art bit. #2 - I used a large photo blend on the background #3 - I used a journal card
