June Photography Challenge

These flowers on the trees above us as we left the doctor this morning were so pretty I had to stop and take a picture of them - and they worked great for this challenge

My house: vantage point: sitting on the sidewalk looking up.

 

Hubby and I spent a day at our favorite campground - taking time for intentional rest before our busy summer kicks off. I sat on the ground to take a picture of the bell tower ... hope it conveys the feeling of looking up. I also included a verse to go with the picture of the lake and the mountains/hills peeking out from behind the clouds.

 

I went with the literal look up and had my subject look up to me:

 

Thankful Yosemite is a hop, skip and jump from our backdoor.

You see, I knew why I took so many pictures of my husband's behind disappearing above me into the clouds as I scrambled up mount Basodino... I can justify taking them by scrapping them now...

@bellbird your challenge has been on my mind all month and I've been pointing my camera to the sky in many instances. However, it all came together for me when my family and I decided to try a new place for pizza ... one that promised the true "Jersey Pizza" experience. We weren't disappointed. And the ceiling in this place was just fabulous too!
