    This one was hard but I found the image (Painting: The Birth of Day by Joan Miro) and immediately thought of a picture my niece recently painted. I did my best to replicate the colors and forms in the picture to make my lay out.

    Inspired by a painting by paintings by Geogia O Keeffe. She often takes a small detail of a flower, or an object and focuses on that. sort of like micro photography. I love her paintings

    We have a Van Gogh exhibit here in Melbourne at the moment. The painting that I am always really taken by from Van Gogh is Starry Night, as I love reflections.

    I'm not sure I accomplished what I set out to do. I started with the idea of using the color blocking as a base. Then, in an attempt to use Lilypad Products, it sort of morphed into something else entirely. I titled it "Ruby Peepers" in honor of Miss Garland.
