Such a fun challenge! I used staples, stitching, washi tape, and a paper clip.

 

Love a recipe, thank you - one staple, 2 tapes and 1 big loopy stitch!

Looking at it online, my staples looks faint.... they are found on the main pic (where the arrow stick is stuck to), in the upper-right corner.
