Circles and splash cut outs here

 

Hey Everyone...Great Cut Out Pages!...I Don't Have Photoshop So I Can't Do This...I Have Some Of The Actual Cutout Pieces Shown On The Pinterest Page But They Are Winter WA Cut Outs...They Certainly Don't Look Like These Cut Out Pages Do In My Program...It Just Looks Like Really Large WA On A Regular Layout To Me..Would This Be Acceptable Instead Of Making A Cut Out Page...Since I Have No Possible Way To Accomplish This?... There Is No Way I Could Accomplish This In My Software...But If There Was Another Way Then I Would Try If Anyone Knew How...Let Me Know...Thanks...

I got the idea for my layout from this one!

 

Thanks for the challenge - I learned how to do something new.

 

I cut out the words and rectangle

 

I cut out the little circles to match the dots printed on the paper and then used the idea @Justagirl had with the long rectangles on the sides. I thought the idea was great. plus it matched my shape thing I had going on!

 

fun fun! I love cut outs . will be back with my layout soon!

 

My cutouts are the wordart and the clouds I hope it is OK that I used a bevel style of the wordart-it was a cut-out file.

 

This was lots of fun! I cut out the arrow and the tiny star scatter.
