This was a fun challenge. One of the quickest pages I ever did.

Whew! Catch up time I'm so far behind! Thanks for the fun challenge, it was daunting at first but I enjoyed the process.

Thanks for the challenge! This challenge had me stumped (hehe) for a while because I couldn't figure out how to incorporate a tree... even in the most abstract sense like Sokee's example. But I remembered I had taken photos of the devastation of the Australian bushfires on the way home last month. So my tree has a trunk and branches that have a burnt effect, and golden hearts in place of leaves.

Thank you for a great challenging challenge. I used words as the trunk, the leaves as the branches to fill the tree and the flowers placed as the new blooms from within the tree.

I had so much fun with this challenge. I love folk art and have had my eye on several prints with lollipop trees in them. Of course, they had a lot more lollipops than I do, but my patience and my back were protesting so I cut it short of what I wanted. I free-handed the trunk and branches. Image is linked

This one was hard for me but I do like how the Christmas tree turned out! The journalling is the trunk, the greenery is the branches and the pictures/word bits are the leaves.
