I believe in the power of words, so I created this page as a reminder to myself: be happier, smile more. This is my real therapy for positive thinking. Thanks for the challenge
I have never actually done scrap therapy... okay, I haven't done anything close to it since I was paper scrapping... about 9 years ago. I'm not one to scrap the hard stuff. This is definitely a challenge for me. But I'm going to work on this... hmmmm.......
not how i usually scrap but i had fun playing and being messy ... and doing something different. thanks for the challenge amber!
Thanks for the challenge, Amber! This is always difficult for me. I don't talk openly about my problems, so having to express them artistically is an even bigger challenge!
I'm a practising counsellor...and I didn't realize how badly I needed to get this down! Thanks for the challenge
Talking about the word "uncaged" -- I'll probably do another more in depth but this was a good start. Actually all these layouts for MOC have been therapy!
I had been avoiding this one. Its really hard for me to put into words how I feel or even make to do lists for that matter lol! but it came together so quickly once i got started. The Reinvention Kit from Little Butterfly Wings really spoke to me when I saw it in the shop and was my inspiration!
