This was a tough one - again, journaling, and a hard subject. I wish I had thought about happy therapy!

I used Lorem Ipsum (linked in my credits) for my web version since the text was too personal.

I don't have too much to complain about these days so I thought I'd scrap about how my attitude has changed in my 40's & I hope to inspire others to feel the same!!!!! I feel way more confident now than I did when I was young!

I love the idea of something Happy......it's the Happy that pulls us from the sad.

I'm in such a great mood, finding angst and sadness would be counter productive..but I did want to pour the JOY I have in my soul right this very moment!

This was a hard one. I know what I want to do but it will take some time to get the right feeling to the page...

Well I needed a bit of scrap therapy today after watching the news about the terrible attack in Paris.

I spewed out a bunch of doubts I struggle with and then repeated the text a couple of times and then turned the opacity down to about 50%. (Sometimes I\'m happy to share even my "scrap therapy" journaling, but this was pretty mundane doubt drivel that no one should have to read.)

Then I put a wash of yellow paint over the top and added the text that counters the main themes of my doubts.

Thanks for the scrap therapy inspiration!
