Thank you for the challenge! I have never used this technique! Thanks for teaching me something new. I dipped my snowflake and one word of my title. Fun technique!
I dipped all of the flowers and the alpha in a blue paint matching the small flower and then I blended the paint.
The Brave title strip, stars, canvas flag, index card & wood grain paper are paint dipped with a watercolor paint brush!
OK so this was so much fun! I had a bit of a struggle dipping the alpha I chose because it had a metal edge and it just didn't look right when I painted it soooooo, I selected the inner black part of the alpha, inverted my selection and erased (lightly with the water colour brush) over the metal so it looks like its come off the metal ... yay! Really happy with how it came out! I used Jaimee's water colour brushes to paint and erase Thanks for the great challenge!!
My first posting 'out of order' - this really isn't right. For MOC Day 23: Paint Dipping The title/alpha is dipped twice - a more heavy diagonal dip in blue followed by a lighter dip/brush with paint in the orange colour. The dangling heart tag also has orange paint brushed on it. credits: This Life Here by Lynn Grieveson Bristol Kit by Lynn Grieveson Paia Minikit by Lynn Grieveson Frame-O-Mania 2 by Kim Jensen Moby Kit by Lynn Grieveson Magic Moments: Exploring the UK Whatnots by Bella Gypsy Dovely MiniKit by Lynn Grieveson
