I think I understand what you're asking. Hope this answer is clear: you can duplicate anything you want as long as in the end, there are five unique botanical items somewhere in your layout. So you can have three of the same pinecone (for example) as long as you also have four other botanical items. Hope that helps! Edited to add: actually, the layout right above this one illustrates what I mean! She chose five unique botanical elements and used them multiple times in her layout.
Botanicals: 1) mushroom from Urban Garden by NBK 2) blackberry branch from Wanderlust by NBK 3) & 4) two dried purple flower clusters (left & right of mushroom) Spring Story by The Committed Crafter 5) bare branch along photo from A Little Bit Extra | When It's Fall by Mommyish 6) branch with seed pods from Autumn's Poetry by Tangie Baxter 7) evergreen branch from Comfort & Joy by ForeverJoy
Finally done! When I first read this challenge, I thought, "That will be fun and easy." Then I started looking through my kits, and it didn't take long to realize that if I wanted more than foliage, this was going to be quite a challenge! It was still fun and I got a page done, so thanks for the inspiration! Organic, botanical elements: 1. Pine needles, About a Scout-Girl, Kristen Aagard and Amber Shaw 2. Long foliage, Happy Camper, Kristen Aagard 3. Twig with berries, Woodland Autumn, Kristen Aagard 4 and 5. Yellow flowers (2 different flowers), MPM-Almanac 6. Reddish leaf, Woodland Autumn, Kristen Aagard 7. Wood slice, Just Jaimee, Storyteller October 2019 8. White flower, The Brightside Collab 9. Peach colored flower, The Brightside Collab
This was harder than I expected. Can you believe I have over 1,500 flowers in my stash but only 3 of them are real? Leaves were easier. My search for "twig" came up with that leafy twig and about 5 other results that were all drawings or fabric. And I have only these real pinecones and acorns. There were a couple other fake ones.
Such a unique challenge, I love it! my organic elements: 1. acorns (Bella Gypsy Hoodie Weather) 2 berry branches (Bella Gypsy Boho Fall) 3. green foliage (Bella Gypsy Gobble Til You Wobble) 4. brown leaf (Hoodie Weather) 5. orange leaf (Hoodie Weather) 6. yellow leaf (Gobble Til You Wobble)
I have 9 botanicals in the main cluster. Three leaves element Single leaf element Curly twig Small branch twig Orange flower Pink flower with leaves White flower Spray of thin grass-like element. Small green blossom
So my items are 1. Pinecone and 2. maple leaf from Mommyish Boho Fall, 3. Pinecone from ForeverJoy Comfort and Joy,4. Pine branch from comfort and Joy, 5. green leaves from Comfort and Joy, 6. Cotton piece from Boho Fall

For my botanicals I used 2 different leaf pieces 2 different woodsy bits 2 different wood slices (I stamped the date on one of them, but that would count as an additional item I guess)
This took some searching through my files to find elements that met the criteria. I used 4 leaves and 1 acorn.
