I enjoyed putting this together. While I'm usually a 1 photo per page kind of a person, I was able to put together a series of pics that would not be showcased in a page by itself. But combined, they told a story. I even went so far as to get a screenshot of a movie we took at the reception (2nd from the bottom). Definitely grainy, but in this size, not too much of an issue.
PEFECT TIMING! I have been wanting to do one for their book... Day 20: Timeline Create a timeline with at least 5 separate but related events. Must be in chronological order. I did Shelby and Joven's 'love story' timeline. I used Me and You / Special Day kit for the papers and few elements. Graduation hat was from another DC kit by a retired designer. I chose to do mini b/w photos of the events (did not have one for the graduation as she didn't actually do the ceremony since they were getting married 2 weeks after the end of classes).
i loved doing this . it helped me to get another page of my 2019 finished .hoping to finish book soon. i had so many photos from my grandsons 6th birthday but got to use a lot with the challenge and did a two pager. also i found all the times from checking the photo info. i have posted it as a two pager but if you need me to do each side let me know.
It amused me how I had a clear idea in my head about how many Springsteen songs have carried through to my life and I had a list for each event and then poof, different direction! Just like life. Starting with a wedding in 1984 and time traveling to another wedding in 2020! I used Forever Joy's Basic Timekeeping: date ring and clock face. Forever Joy's Goal Digger, PP4. Forever Joy's Lovebirds, flower pink and leaf cluster. Etc Dan Timeteller paint border and paint 1. Pink Reptile Designs Time Flies, label circle, background texture. Studio Basics Stargazer, clock. Lyrics from As Time Goes By written by Dooley Wilson.
I listed 6 events, kindergarten through fifth grade for middle son. Thanks for the wonderful challenge!
Delighted to see this one... have something I really wanted to scrap all in one place... was waiting for the journaling challenge, then the “twist” was thrown in and it didn’t work... so this challenge is going to work even better for me. Can’t wait to get started!
