Love this challenge!
My granddaughter 2015 and 2021.
Thank you for the challenge Tracie
(when I was flipping through my photo albums for the photo for today's challenge I saw a photo of my son in his bath - was 9 months old and I was surprised to see the resemblance to my grandson who is now 4 years old...)
Great idea of challenge !
My journaling says :
Mitch and doudou, always take an important place in the life of Lovisa, my daughter.
The messiness of this photo makes my eyes hurt but here's a phone of my new gaming equipment in front of a monitor displaying my old setup.
Question: Does it have to be the SAME thing? I ask because I have the perfect idea but it's not the same thing. Just the "same". My husband and I took a picture of our first Christmas tree and framed it and it goes on our mantle every year. Though we didn't put up all our decorations this year (don't ask!), we do have our tree and some things on it, and I am thinking of an idea using our this year tree. It's been 20 years of trees, and that first one was cut down. LOL
If not, my daughter can probably be one of my subjects - with all the toys she has still in the house
thanks for this challenge! love it !
This is my daughter's blanket right now :-D (and in 2009 on the big picture behind)....
Thank you for this challenge !
I covered this in the FAQ post… as long as there’s a connection between the “then” photo and the “now” scene, you’re golden! Sounds like a great idea!
Ok, thanks! Sorry - I missed the second post!!
Great challenge <3
Here is mine.. Thanks Tracie for the challenge

Her smirk shows exactly what she thought of me making her pose with my phone! HA!
thank you so much for this creative idea and Challenge- love it!
I printed out this photo from 1964 and then photographed the garden today.
The view of the house has remained that way, even if the garden itself has changed a bit
The printed photo of our dog is from 2013 when she was about two. She passed away Dec 17 just before Christmas.
I have to admit that I cried making this....Miss her so much!
My daughter as a baby in 1984.
Today she is pregnant with a baby boy. She is holding her babyphoto and a digital picture of an ultrasound scan of her son.
Beginning to have second thoughts on whether I can make my idea work given I have no other way of displaying the photo except the phone I need to use to take the "new" photo. If I can't make that idea work I'm not sure what I'm going to do. At least its early enough in the month for me to come up with a plan 'b' if need be.
