This was alot of fun. I am learning something new almost every day.

And I just realized this is the first MOC challenge without a white background for me! Thanks for pulling me out of my comfort zone!

That really was fun (once I simplified the paper layer!) but I think I may have gone TOO bold! Making a note to try this technique again.

Quite a challenge as I don't usually do bold patterns as my background (maybe messy painted ones). I had no idea where I was headed when I started, but I think the result is kinda fun. My shape was technically a diamond, but ended up being pretty much a square.

Thanks for this interesting challenge. In the beginning, I had my problems as I didn't rasterize the patterned layer.

These are great directions Christa - thanks so much. One direction that may be easily overlooked or misinterpreted is the 3rd bullet "click on the element in your LAYER PANEL" - not on the layout. It took me a few tries to get this - Duh moment once I finally figured it out. That may help @RJMJ as well.
I never worry too much if I don't understand a challenge right away - there is always a helper out in digiland - @cfile (Christa) you are my helper today!! :bk
