yes - i think that would be OK? but since it's photo-less, i guess you will need to do the same design and theme?
I was playing along in the speed scrap chat this morning when I found out we could combine that one with this challenge so found an older picture to swap out Old page New one
I chose option #1 - take an older layout that you are unhappy with and redo using the SAME photo. This was the before layout I found it too cluttered and looked old fashioned - plus my scrapping style has changed. Credits: Sahlin Free January Template 2015 APennington - White Out - BYOC Jan 2015 I chose to go a more simple but still make an impact. This is my daughter, Shelby and me. Love you - always and forever is what we say to each other.
Here's my original LO, scrapped May 23, 2009 (for a different speed scrap! ) And here's mine for the SS today:
I started this layout a long time ago, and abandoned it after not liking where it was going. (Don't you hate it when that happens?!) Here is the do over~
This is a do over of a couple layouts actually. I don't know how to post an image except from the gallery as I don't use online programs for my photos. This pic was taken about 4 years before the pics that I have been scrapping for this month's challenge. It was a very hard year and November of that month was very difficult. I live in the PNW and so roses still blooming in November is a rare thing. But the picture has become a motto of mine in working through the problems. I thought it would be a good touch to include the writing I did about the picture in another scrapbook (and different picture). It was a good representation of how far I have grown.
How can I post the old picture when it's not hosted online anywhere? It's not TLP so I can't post in the gallery. I could put a link to the whole book and give page number. Help!
Here's my new page based on an old paper scrapped page from 2006 (my....how my style has changed lol)
