I love this recipe for a double page...and I had to keep adding paper..that tells me, I need to play more with paper...that is a challenge for me!
This was a good exercise as I am planning to do my 2017 album in that style, one page pocket, one page whatever else I like. The five elements I used: Frame, wordstrip, flower, scatters, paint (and another paint under the cutout)

I think it depends on how you use the frame and page border. Each element has to be different. So, maybe a word art with a staple holding it down. A frame that overlaps a photo, with a shadow. Is that what you mean? Elements are flowers, word art, ribbon, buttons, brass, etc.
