It says I have nothing to download BUT I DO!

    I'm trying to purchase Amy's free template for the template challenge, but when I click the dl link after purchasing, it tells me I have nothing to download. I even tried "purchasing" it again, but it did the same thing.

    I am so sorry to say that I also have problems. Yesterday I posted here how happy I am that all problems are solved, but today they are back. After clicking that I order the page is empty and I have to clean my cookies to come back to TLP...
    When I log in the cart is full again. I can see the orders history, but with a part of it it says "there's nothing to download", but there must be something to download.

    I am having this same problem with the challenge template. I was able to get the free kit from Persnickety with only a little trouble (a 500 error page? but when I refreshed the download started). But I had trouble getting the papers from Geek Like Me by Little Butterfly Wings for a while the other day.

    Oh okay... I just had this happen too. I was able to download 3 of the 4 products I checked out with, but could get Allison's papers for tomorrow...

    You poor thing Laura! I hope you're not going without sleep again!

    For those in the thread that were trying to download Amy's February Challenge Template, the downloads have been reset and are available. Please make sure that you delete any failed zips from your computer, including from your recycle bin, before you download again.

    Karen, Allison forgot to add her zips. I'll let you know when she adds them.

    If anyone has an issue on a different product, please send me a PM.

    Pffft.... I certainly did not! LOL The apostrophe that used to work fine no longer does. I've never ever forgotten zips (it's the only thing I have - don't take it from me!) :)
