    We are about to get started!

    Here is the info for the Slow Scrap You have until 11 am EST on Tuesday, May 5th to complete your page and put it in the TLP Gallery and link it up to this thread

    When it is all over, you will receive a $2 TLP coupon. (Not valid on CU or bundles, or in combination with a subscriber discounted product.)

    1. Applying the Rule of Thirds, divide your page into thirds and use a patterned paper for 2/3 of the background, and a solid paper for the remaining 1/3.

    2. Step 2: Use something to attach the two papers together (staples, ric rac, tape, etc.)

    3. Pick a black and white photo (or convert one from color to B&W) and put it along the line that divides the patterned and solid papers.

    4. Add some paint and/or stamps to your page.

    5. Use word art, word snips in place of or along with your journaling to state a simple message

    6. Use less than 5 additional embellishments and a title to complete your page.

    I missed the bit about plain paper first time around so had to do some major jigging around. Hmm I still prefer my original version. Oh well, I'm just not a plain paper type of scrapper!
