We got busy somewhere around day 6 of MOC and I haven't scrapped a day since. I didn't have time to get organized, scrap, nothing... and now we are settled in England, I still have a lot of photo edits to complete and have stayed really busy every day.

How do you catch up at this point? I'm not sure I can.

On another note, we went back to the Harry Potter studio tour and the flat is nice and clean and dishes are all done. I've completed my client's photo edits and have moved on to edits for new clients and myself. And I am becoming an expert at buying scrap stuff in the store and not even getting it unzipped. Downloading a bunch from today's sale now. lol.:laundry:wine

I'm also nearly out of wine and the next amazon pantry order is needed until next week. :circles

You just do what you can, when you can. You may find th at to be enough, or not. I would enjoy the challenges I was able to complete, and not worry about not finishing. I am *almost* to that point myself, but I'm not stressing yet. :giggle

I'd reevaluate. Do you want to finish?
Yes! Find a way to carve out enough time to do 3 challenges a day {3x8 =24+6 =30}. {8 days includes 24-31}* That would leave you one challenge to finish February 1. You have until February 2nd.
If you look at that 3 and go there's no way, then I'd go: okay, so which are my favorites that being me ideas or a smile or sound fun to do? Start there. You may find yourself getting through 3 a day anyway!

*I know it's closer to 25th there, but I also know the time change works for the end date too: You will have until 11:59 pm eastern time, Friday, February 2.

Isn't the Harry Potter studio tour fun! We loved that.

Hope you manage to work out a way to catch up - if you want to!

I can't decide if I want to or not... It feels daunting.

Harry Potter sounds like fun!!

I also am so far behind that I know I won’t complete MOC6, feeling sad about that.

As much as we all love scrapping, sometimes it just has to take a backseat to real life, even during big scrapping events. It sounds like that's the kind of month you're having.

I think the first thing to decide is why you want to finish MOC. If it has more to do with liking the motivation or getting so many pages done quickly, then find a new way to challenge yourself with it, like doing 1 layout a day from here to the end. If finishing is more important than the pages themselves, then do the bare minimum to meet each challenge even if you end up with 31 pages that you won't put in your albums. I'm a slow scrapper; there's no way I could do that many pages I liked and wanted to put in my albums that quickly. But I could probably finish 3 challenges a day if I limited myself to 20 or 30 minutes each and posted them no matter how unpolished they looked. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Just follow these wise instructions which I read in my Elephant Joke Book way back in Junior High.

Q: How do you eat an elephant?
A: One bite at a time.

Just do what you can do. If you feel motivated, then scrap. But don't kill yourself over it. You're in England, so go play!

sounds like you are having a blast, honestly scrapbooking and capturing the memories is meant to be fun and relaxing, go out enjoy it take lots of photos, there will be tons of time to catch up later, don't make this stressful on yourself :) take heaps of photos so you have plenty for next MOC :)

So, your math is the same! You just don't have to do one on February 1st.

:photo Yes, it is a little difficult to get into my craft room which is also our guest room, my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter Zoey are sleeping in there till the 28th when they fly home. So computer is out of reach 95% of the time. So I just take :photo to scrap when they leave.

Are you doing the triptych with Zoey? That would be so adorable!
