I am getting alerts every time someone uploads a page to certain galleries. I think I may have liked a page in those galleries at some point. I also uploaded myself to a few of them. So my question is, how do I stop the alerts from continuing? I want to continue to get alerts for replies on forum topics, but not for the gallery posts.
Click your user name, and choose Preferences. The 4th one down is probably set to automatically watch categories you upload to. Uncheck it or you'll have to keep unwatching things all the time. Then go to the gallery in question. To the right, under the "Add Layout" button, there's a link to unwatch the category.
Ah - that didn't work, but I did figure it out. When in Gallery, under the Watched Content (watched Categories), I had the category: The Lily Pad Challenges and Scraps. So that is why all the challenges were showing up even though it did not show I was watching the individual ones (i.e. journaling, photography, etc.). I cleared that Watch and now I am good to go, I hope.
