I just downloaded the newest version of PSCC, and can not figure out how to use the save for web feature. In previous versions, there was some number or percentage slider that I could reduce to get to a file size that is less than 250k. I am not sure what that slider or number was called? Any ideas? Thanks!
Ok, I figured it out! The Save for Web window came up with the image as a GIF. Once I saw that and switched it to JPEG, the slider for Quality came up, so I just adjusted that until the size wAs under 250k.
I hate when they change the default to gif! It always throws me off for a few minutes. Glad you figured it out!
I had the same thing happen the first time I tried save for web on CC this week too so you aren't alone
