C. I'm almost done I bought a few things on pre-black Friday deals and I have a ton of packages arriving over the next week or so. There's still a few items that I can't find in stock so I may have to go with plan B.
I had been buying a few things here and there before Thanksgiving, but need to start really thinking about what I'm buying now. I'm actually so excited about a gift I just bought today! My son is a senior at the University of Michigan and Saturday was the big game where they beat Ohio State... he was at the game and stormed the field after the win with all of the other students. A photographer for The Michigan Daily caught a photo of him getting ready to go over the wall. I contacted the photographer and she told me how to order a copy! It'll be such a surprise for him!!
B I bought one gift so far, a CodeNames game for Connor. I can’t hear Alexa so I have an Echo Show. Unfortunately, for days it kept showing a picture of it having been delivered. I’m sure he saw the message! Surprise!
Haven't even started....probably a few gift cards and then I'm still deciding for my grandma (I have an idea which I did a few years back but I bought it while traveling so not sure I'll find anything locally)
I'm done. Even with stocking stuffers! I need to wrap - but that's one of my favorite parts. And I'm waiting for a few gifts to come from Shutterfly. But I'm happy to be done with everyone! Now to help Sharon (mother in law) get the grandkids gifts taken care of.
I'd say I'm between B and C. I have some, but I have some to get. Fortunately, I know what most of it is, I just need to get it.
Almost done. (Except that isn't the positive it sounds like, because tonight was the 3rd night of Hanukkah! )
I don't shop - my husband does. Food shopping will happen as normal, and gifts some are bought but not many as people have asked for money this year (less children and more teenagers). Personally I craft for Christmas rather than shop, and I'm still in the middle of sewing. Joy has just collected the 5x7 mount boards from me that I got for her to paint for her friends. She's going to do something abstract and add their favourite quote. Then they are going through my die cutting machine to become jigsaws. This is going to be fun.
I'm maybe nearing almost done? My kids and my two teenage nephews are the hardest ones because they don't want anything. I keep hoping inspiration will strike and I'll think of something fun for all of them. But most likely, I'll be giving them all cash and then something small to open. I'm done shopping for my hubby and have everything that I've purchased wrapped already, so that's a great thing!
My mother loved to wrap gifts. She occasionally said she ought to get a job wrapping gifts ... remember when department stores had a gift wrap department ... free boxes and/or you could have the clerk wrap your gift for a small fee?
I'm in wrapping mode today. I'm ticking it off. Getting ready to iron my tree skirt so I can put the packages underneath.
B. Today we went to Disney Springs hoping to find something Winnie the Pooh for soon to be grandbaby and were disappointed that not a single thing there was Winnie the Pooh. NOTHING! And nothing at all for babies, period.
