Hi Peggy! Welcome and hello from a fellow Iowan Glad we were able to get your cart all straightened out. I remember starting out and feeling intimidated to post in the gallery too. Just remember we all started out like that! I have not looked at your gallery so this is not a personalized critique whatsoever, but if you are feeling room to grow, I recommend checking out some of the great tutorials on our blog and designer's websites!! Many have tutorial sections with a wealth of information! See this list here for links to all. Some basics to look at first If you are just starting out it makes loads of sense to get organized from the get-go and save yourself lots of time later! http://onelittlebirddesigns.com/2013/03/5-ways-to-keep-digital-supplies-organized/ http://pinkreptiledesigns.blogspot.com/2017/05/tutorial-tips-for-finding-designer.html Make your photos shine! http://www.amberlabau.com/fave-photo-fixes-free-download/ http://mommyish.net/tutorial-tuesday-photo-lighting-fix/ The thing that I think that made the biggest difference in my layouts was learning shadowing. These are my favorite tutorials on shadows that I've seen. http://onelittlebirddesigns.com/2010/09/shadow-like-me/ http://sahlinstudio.com/tutorial-how-to-create-realistic-shadows/ This gives you a spattering of what is out there... I have been digiscrapping since 2006 and am still learning new tricks!
Oh and also try and check out one of Cheryl's (the talent behind Fiddle-Dee-Dee Designs) monthly "Watch Cheryl Scrap LIVE" events in Adobe Connect. The next one is tomorrow night - See here
