    One of the links from my SOSN order has not come through and cannot also be accessed via profile orders. This is Lynn Maries Sketchbook. Would appreciate some help. Thanks

    Have you sent an email to Customer Service? You'll likely get a faster response from there. Click the "Contact" button in the upper right corner. It'll get seen here too, but might be faster with CS. :)
