Help with cart issue

Hi I sent an email a couple days ago about a problem I had purchasing Kristina Sahlin's items, and still haven't received a reply. My first order went though fine but when I tried ordering more, my cart kept dropping items randomly, showing up empty, etc. When I'd re-add, sometimes it would show the additional item, but sometimes it would dump my cart. I'm still wanting to order the items I wasn't able to purchase but need some help to fix the issue and keep the discount.
